Entertainment and activities Lineup - Watertown RFL
JUNE 11-12 2004
Alex Duffy Fairgrounds - Coffeen Street - Watertown NY
Noon -?? = Site set up
4:30 P.M. Road closes –Set up continues (Use of ATV’s to Help cart your equipment will be available)
4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Survivors’ reception will be held / in conjunction with Walker cancer treatment ctr. Cancer Survivors day, in recreation center.
5:00 p.m. Friday – 9:00 a.m. Saturday Concession Stand open.
5:00 p.m. – 10:00.p.m. D.J. entertains.
6:00 p.m.- Parade of teams (Leading the Parade of teams Original Yanks Drum and Bugle corp.) Please arrive at parking lot as close to 5:15 p.m. as possible to line up. Parade leaves lot at 6:00 p.m. Teams not walking down Coffeen st. will line up at entrance to track and fill in behind Parade.

Survivors Lap to follow National Anthem
Caregivers Lap to follow Survivors lap.
7:30 p.m. – Concert Original Yanks Drum and Bugle Corp. (Main stage weather permitting)
6:00 p.m. Thompson Park Zoo Display and Demo.
8:00 p.m. American Kang Duk Wan Junior Demo. team. (Main Stage Area)
10:00 p.m. Luminary Ceremony
11:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. Mike Boyce Band
11:00 p.m. – Box competition, Main Stage
12:00 Midnight- Musical Chairs 12 and under, 13-18, Followed by the over 18 division. Main Stage
12:30a.m. – 2:00 a.m. – The local band MYTH performs.
Additional laps, contests:
Poker Laps (Get a playing card for 5 laps, the best poker hand wins)
Wild And Crazy hat lap
Frozen t-shirt contest
Limbo lap

5:00 a.m. – H.S.B.C. Pancake Breakfast. (The best Pajama’s worn to the breakfast will win a prize)
6:00 a.m. – Music fires back up
Silent auction and relay store both close at 9:00 a.m.
10:00 a.m. – Walking stops come to the live auction!
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Live Auction Main Stage.
A 3-team event with terrific items to be auctioned off by everyone’s favorite auctioneer. MEL BUSLER
11:00 a.m. - ? Tear down w/ closing ceremonies to follow! Please leave your tent site as you found it. Everything must be taken out or put into dumpsters. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
Banking will be held at the “Ticket Booth” near the concession stands. It will be open from:
Friday Night. - 4:00 p.m.– 9:30 p.m.
Saturday Morning. - 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Teams will be voting for each other in the following categories:
Best Team Theme.
Best Tent Site Decoration.
Most Team Spirit.
Team Prize will be awarded for having representation at closing ceremonies!
A panel of esteemed judges will vote on best parade presentation!
